some low-carb Jam we're gonna be making
a raspberry strawberry and blueberry jam
this video is very quick I think the
actual content of the video is less than
90 seconds so what I'm doing in the
video is walking you guys step by step
on how to make the actual Jam the full
recipe will be in the description below
so just watch the process follow the
steps and then everything you need to
know will be in the description below
all the little details all the
ingredients etc and one thing that's
extremely special is vessel and one
thing that's extremely special about
this Jam is it's only one to two grams
of carbs per one tablespoon and most
jams you're looking at at least 11 grams
of carbs per one tablespoon so you're
literally saving 10 9 to 10 grams of
carbs per serving that tastes amazing
it's extremely easy to make it's
something that you can make while you're
cooking something else it's one of those
things it takes a very little thought
process and what you do it a few times
you don't even have to think at all and
you're doing it and it lasts about seven
to ten days in the fridge it probably
lasts longer than that so how do I like
to use this Jam I like to use it on a
PB&J I like to use it on some toast I
like to use it on some waffles a rice
cake putting it into a pop-tart putting
it into a protein pop-tart
oatmeal think about that like that's
absolutely delicious one of my favorite
recipes and honestly you can use it
however you want just know it's
delicious and it's super low calorie and
yeah you can enjoy it and you can enjoy
a lot of it well I'm gonna stop talking
please give the video thumbs up please

content coming let's get into the recipe

My Best Selling Recipe Book: https://flexibledietinglifestyle.com/the-greatest-hits/ Ingredients: 8oz Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries or Raspberries 4g Stevia2ml Vanilla Extract56ml (1⁄4 cup) Water14ml (1 Tbsp) Lemon Juice 4g Sugar Free Strawberry Jello Mix (Can sub 3g Knox Gelatin Powder) 1. Take the fresh berry of your choice and pulverize them into small pieces in a food processor. This can be done with a knife rather than a food processor but it’ll take a bit longer. Add berries to a small stove top pot along with 56ml (1⁄4 cup) of water along with stevia and vanilla extract. Place on medium heat with cover and cook until it starts to boil and close to overflowing. Remove the cover, turn the burner on low and let simmer it for 20 minutes. 2. While the berries are boiling, take a small dish and add lemon juice to it. Sprinkle Jello mix or gelatin evenly across the top of the lemon juice and let it sit. Don’t allow any clumping to occur. 3. Once the 20 minutes simmer is complete, break up the gelatin and lemon juice mixture and add to the stove top pot. Mix those in and turn the burner off. Let the pot cool for an additional 20 minutes. Take the jam out and add to an 8oz mason jar and place in the fridge to set. It will seem like it’s too liquidy when you place in the fridge initially, it will thicken up. 4. I advise making this the night before you want to use it and letting it sit in the fridge overnight. Wake up and it is perfect for the next day! Enjoy! Instagram.com/TheFlexibleDietingLifestyle Email: Zach@FlexibleDietingLifestyle.com
